Worst online experience ever! I order 3 pairs on 4/19/20 after 3 weeks of non communication from them I decided to call and finally after almost an hour waiting the representative stated that there's no ETA due Covid19 and refunds are not allowed at this point, so finally yesterday i received an email stated that my order will be delivery on 5/15/20 but one pair was cancelled ( my Moms present) I do understand that we're living extremely hard times but come on just be honest at front and let your customers know about delays and have better communication, not just cancelled orders after almost a month waiting.
I will never buy anything from them anymore.
You are probably here because you returned your crocs that are too small and wondering where they are now and where's your refund?. I did the returns process to the letter on their web link, included in an email if any issues.... posted them, then the next day got an email stating that my returns request is accepted and to follow the instructions to return. But I have already followed the instructions and returned them. Just want my money so I can buy a bigger size for my kid, this time from a shop!

They NEVER answer. Yr on hold for hours w no answer ever! No response to texts. Is this a trumpy owned company? Pigs.
The finally came in a moth later and they were not even the ones i ordered. I paid way too much cuz they were suppose to b a present there not even close to the same color i chose and i cant get in contact with anyone to try to resolve! Extremely UNSATISFIED WITH THIS. And the package came from china
I waited in line and got thru to submit my information on this giveaway... the submit button wouldn't work and now the company is not coming thru with what was won. False advertisement. What a scam. Their customer service is even worse and dont care that what they are doing is wrong. They will never see another cent from me.

I have been looking at your crocs and not one of these crocs have any African-American cartoons on it what happened to Moana and Tiana come on everything is white white white why is it any black figures on these cracks
Ordered in January. I write this at the end of April. I've requested updates no less than 3 times. I receive a standard reply. Amazingly, when I threatened legal action, I received a tracking number. However, USPS says only the label was created, nothing has been shipped.
I ordered the duet sports clog in size 4. I’m a size 4.5 and advice was to go down a size. These were too small so I returned them and ordered the size 5. These are massive. I would say more like a size 7. So there is nothing for me between too small and massively too big. So disappointing as they seemed ideal for what I wanted.
Just never buy online and then try to return the item! There is literally Zero customer service. Calls and emails are ignored.
We purchased several pairs of Crocs from an outlet store while on vacation. After getting home we realized one of the pairs was too large (our mistake). However, we have no path for returning them for a refund or exchange, except to travel hundreds of miles to another Croc's owned retail store. Croc's online will not take returns or do exchanges from retail purchases--even though a return of this type would require the customer to pay shipping (see online return policy). Anyone buying Croc's far from home should be cockeyed sure of their purchase, because for those living far away from a Croc's owned store there is a defacto non-return policy for unused products if they don't fit, or you just want to exchange them for a different pair.
Still waiting for a refund weeks after returning item. Awful customer service with no intention of rectifying the problem. If I had seen these reviews before hand I wouldn't have bought from them but have always seen them as a reputable brand. Not anymore!
I paid and got an email saying my order was being prepared for shipment. All good and my family is waiting on their new shoes. Two weeks later, nothing. We check having to go thru other links I dont recognize to try and track and find out entire order was canceled They cancel orders with no explanation, no email. First online company that ever did this to me. Will never buy from them online ever again.
I ordered these 4-5 weeks ago. I got emails after 1 week... nothing since then... crickets. Played through PayPal but don't have a regular account with them so... I wait and my granddaughter waits! Ugh!

It's an inept company. They do not have quality staffing. They mess up your order and they offer a coupon for their mistake. They do not offer satisfactory service.
